The McCain campaign has heard the message. He and his advisors have come to understand that the simple portrayal of Barack obama as inexperience will not solely win them electoral votes. They have to talk about the issues that Americans are facing today. The latest ads stay away from criticizing Barack Obama and instead they focus on the economy and immigration.
The first ad, ‘Crisis,” portrays McCain and Palin as the only reformers who could fix the economic crisis. In the second ad, ‘Symbol of Hope,’ McCain makes clear that if elected president, he will solve the immigration problem with practical and fair legislations. He will restore the perception towards immigrants as symbol of hope.
